These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website CoinConnect.in and any related information or display services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Rishi Jagariya Traders Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") under the brand name CoinConnect. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

CoinConnect.in is an information and display website. We do not directly host live trading services, do not custody customer funds, and do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Any on-ramp, off-ramp, swap or gift-card facility referenced on this website is facilitated by independent, regulated third-party partners under their own terms and conditions.

You acknowledge that virtual digital assets ("VDAs") are highly volatile and that any transactions you conduct via our partners are at your sole risk.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services you must (a) be at least 18 years of age, (b) be a resident of India or another jurisdiction where access is lawful, (c) not be a person subject to any sanctions list, and (d) provide accurate KYC information when requested by us or our partners.

3. Accounts and KYC

Where access requires verification, you agree to complete KYC in line with our AML / KYC Policy and to provide any additional information required for Enhanced Due Diligence ("EDD") under our EDD Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, tax evasion, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any other unlawful activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement; see our LEA Request Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on CoinConnect.in, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Rishi Jagariya Traders Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rishi Jagariya Traders Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Services.

We make no warranties regarding price, availability, or settlement times of any partner-provided crypto transaction.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rishi Jagariya Traders Private Limited and its officers, directors and employees from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
